As native Floridian and 3rd generation Miami area resident James has been a South Florida real estate professional for 20 years.  Since taking on the challenge of being a Mortgage Banker with a focus on advising high net worth clients and move up buyers in how to secure the most advantageous financing terms, James has made numerous television appearances and is regularly featured by local media as a leading industry expert.

James spent the early part of his career in a key position with a major residential developer.  He left that organization to become the lead appraiser at Prestige Appraisal Services and then President of Real Property Consulting Group a successful residential real estate appraisal practice.

With his first foray into mortgage banking James quickly became the the top producing Private Mortgage Banker at HomeServices Lending which is an affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank and then a top producing Private Banking Lending Specialist with Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust.  Subsequently he has served as the Vice President of Residential lending at Espirito Santo Bank.

James is currently serving as a Private Banker as the Vice President of the Private Client Group at City National Bank.  With the “best in class” portfolio loan products in the South Florida area and access to a wide variety of lines of credit, construction loans, business lines, yacht and auto financing James provides holistic banking solutions for his clients.  He is a nationally licensed mortgage loan originator, Certified Mortgage Planner and former State Certified Residential Appraiser.
